Heat treated point?

My son found this point last time out. I think it is heat treated. The top two things, I believe are squared scrapers, made of slate and a slate like material. And a couple of not so great, bone awls. Thanks for the look. Oh yea, and a piece of pottery.

I don't know about heat treated, but it looks like it's been burnt by the fire pops.
