Please help me identify this interesting necklace. So far, no one knows what it is. I found it on a University campus at 2 inches. The middle bar is removable and has a magnet that only sticks to the dot on the middle of the necklace. It was painted in gold at one point. It is very heavy. There are no initials, identifications, or markings on it other than the cross on the front. I originally thought it was a medical alert necklace, but now believe it is not. Any help is appreciated!

Good ID mate,

But does anyone know what it would be used for.

Apparently not. It is primarily decorative, I think. It is heavy AND ugly, so I can't see why someone would want to wear it, Oddjob....

That is so strange right, that there are people who would not only buy such a thing but also wear it.

Agreed! But I have given up on trying to figure people out anymore....I was really hoping it was something cool, like to communicate with aliens or to time travel...alas, just a DORK necklace.

Kid wore it to school, quicky learned he or she was a dork in the opinion of some, and buried it lol.
It may actually sell on ebay if it is a discontinued item.
Did you try activating it to see if it transformed you or something? :)

You ever hunted out by the old Hotwells hotel site on the south side; Last time I hunted there was in the early 90s. Back then with the tech it was good hunting.

Also used to be good huntin back then by the Palo Alto Pool behind the parking lot.

Then of course Bud Lake, but that is vastly built up now.

Used to be a place called Sunken Gardens Theater, no idea if that still exist, but back then it was Bexar County that pulled security there during shows like Danzing, Pantera. One of our Cowboys has a kid that grew up and became a county cop, we had access there to hunt all that grass, killer good finds, even found a few county cop badges as well, turned them.

During my time at UT, both SA and Austin, MDing was so off limits it was not even funny. St Marys was good to go and fun to hunt.

This is the funniest thread I've seen on here in a while. Thx for the laughs!

I thought it was Aggie spirit wear.
