hebel? Need information.

Found this corkscrew after an old home was torn down. Need an age and what was Hebel? (Beer?) Anyone know?
It is 4-1/4 inches long...Very well made...

I searched "Hebel cork screw" on the net and there were a lot of direct hits. Good luck finding yours.
