Hello everyone, my wife informed me that I needed to get a hobby, and since I use to go detecting with my dad back in the '60's, I thought why not get back into it and take my Grand kids along.
I still have the first detector my dad got for me, a Jetco Huntsmaster and it still works (as good as it ever did). Now I have a Compass B77,and a BH Prospector.
The best I ever found was a lockplate with the hammer, a bunch of square nails, and a lot of change. That was in Missouri in the mid '60's with the Jetco.
I hope to make lasting memories for the Grand kids to be out digging in the dirt with Granpa.
