Hi 66 Seabee, I’m from the Denver area and always enjoy comparing notes with other Coloradans, especially those with the same machine I use. I use the AT Max most recently, and still find that with the high mineralization in our soil, I can’t get quite the depth that those digging back east get. I consider myself fortunate to find any coin more than 5 to 6 inches deep. When I heard that the AT Max offered increased depth over my AT Pro, I got excited, but I really don’t see much improvement. Curious to hear what your experiences have been.....
