Awesome site... Ive been the proud owner of a Garrett AT Gold since Saturday. The only thing I have learned so far? I'm good at finding trash... Lol I'm fairly certain that this machine is more capable than the current operator, but I also know that's part of the game. I'm sure there are already some real good threads for beginners, any At gold specific threads out there?

Thanks in advance ... Now if it would just cool off, so I could go dig some more tin cans. Lol

Hello from Mid-Kansas. My sister is laws (twins) live in Independence Mo so I got there to visit alot. Also since I am a KC Chiefs fan I go to the Chiefs home games at Arrowhead.

Howdy from NC...used to live in MO but the Chiggers, ticks, hot summers and cold winters and overall lack of jobs in the Ozarks made it impossible for me to stay. Found some awesome stuff in MO. Good luck to you and be patient with the AT pro. Be sure and learn Pro mode as soon as possible and use it to get the most out of your detector.
