just a quick note to say hi. I have been watching the poeple with metal detectors on the beach here in Valencia and have seen some of their gold finds first hand!

I wish to enlist some help as a starter to metal detecting. I am in the process of searching ebay etc to buy a second hand detector. I have found a WHITE S 6000/DI PRO for sale at 500€ and have read some comments regarding the same. What do you think of this for a starter or could you recommend something else which is good and maybe not so expensive?
