Hi everyone, I'm from The Woodlands Texas. I'm new to the site and new to detecting. I'm looking for hunting buddies, clubs to join, ideas of places to go and any potential issues I should be aware of city, county or state laws?

I recommend you look to join the Montgomery County Club. If you were to join by next meeting (July 21st), you would qualify for our club hunt in Oct. We had a guy last year that joined and attended one meeting and won a boat load of prizes.
