A relative of mine is Greek and can't read it because they think it is ancient Greek, which makes sense since you mentioned Byzantium. You may want to try a translator website like https://www.lexilogos.com/keyboard/greek_ancient.htm or send the photo to a human translator. Good luck.

It is an Ancient Greek burial monument. I can not make it out completely. I believe the first word is Eratis meaning “of Erato”. Erato was the daughter of Zeus and the goddess of music and love. Or maybe a personal name. I can make out kalpourniou in the 2nd and 3rd lines which seems to be a name and also the word gyne meaning wife or woman. Where was this found?
