Help 1968S Reverse Error?

Can someone please help me identify what this error is called?
The top line of the memorial roof breaks off to an up right 45 degree angle...
As well as something wrong with steps center right.

It appears that it is from a Die Gouge (i.e. when the Die was being repaired between use, some Mint worker got a little too agressive with the grinder)!
