Help I.D. hallmark for country was made Norway???????

can someone help me I.D. this hallmark country was made.I've seen this but can't find it again,it looks like a building/colosseum 12loth W.P.-maker thanks so much and happy easter---Answered can someone with info for Wolfgang petersen-from denmark and examples of his work

The mark that looks like a building is instead a bridge, possibly for the town of Haderslev.

this is most likely german not scandinavian. 12L stands for 12 loth, a silver purity measuring system (out of 16 loths, making your spoon .750 fineness). WP is the maker and the little castle thing is probably the town mark which i don't know off the bat.

what on.off says sounds pretty good to me. I couldn't find anything on it and it doesn't look like the 3 tower castle of older Denmark silver. Probably came to this country as war spoils.
