HELP I.D. ON ODD KING TUT Lapel pin...

,Hello everybody!,
I was hopeing someone on TN could help me with the i.d. of this pin...Odd meaning how a nail was set into mold,why? Makers mark up close look's more like a stylized g w/an E sitting in middle..Not realllly what it look's like in pic.Anyway one can figure size by it being a lapel pin,Marked sterling.
Any help will be greatly appreciated !!! ,HH ALL !!!
