Help I.D'ing MARK&PATTERN on OLD covered dish...

Hello everybody!!!...I was hopeing to get some info. on this peice of porcelain/china.as seen in pics it has a "belt&buckle" type of handles and hand painted floral design...any help will be greatly appreciated!!! thanks all and HH!

Difficult to see the maker mark, but it could be Clokie & Masterman
