The button you found in Utrecht is a Netherlands Army Air Force uniform button. It most likely dates to a bit before World War 2... but I can't say yes or no for sure about that without seeing a well-focused closeup photo of your button's back.

Thanks, the button was not found in Utrecht rather in Maastricht which is 2 hours to the south near Belguim and Germany.
