It's an Irish halfpenny trade token. The lettering surrounding the script on the reverse is difficult to read, but it's probably CAMAC KYAN AND CAMAC HALFPENNY. If so, there should also be an inscription around the seated figure of Hibernia with a harp: INCORPORATED BY ACT OF PARLIAMENT [date] . Turner Camac, John Howard Kyan, and John Camac were partners in the Hibernian Mine Company (copper mining), which was incorporated in 1792.
