Looks fluted and also the start of a drill hole

Looks like a heat treated piece, the flute is a thinning strike, the hole a fire pop, cant tell what material or type is...jmo

Thanks pickaway!!!! We had know idea what the hole was from... The pic does this pieace no justice... only had my phone to take the pic....ill try to get a better pic so maybe you can tell what kinda flint it is. Thanks again.
