Quartz ID?

More field hunting, and came across this. It appears to have possibly been worked on all sides except the “top” which looks broken. The shape is interesting, which has me here to ask for help identifying! I’ve been researching with no luck, so maybe it’s just a beautiful piece of quartz. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Have previously found lots of flakes and several arrowheads in the same general location.
