Dug these near Battle of Five Forks today. Any clue on what they are and any value range? I'm kinda new to metal detecting for relics

I looked these items up for value and am in disbelief. Are they realy that valuable? I'm seeing almost 2k for the two piece and close to 3k for the virginia buckle. How in the world?
