Hi! My father found this about a foot deep after it range up as a silver coin. There are no markings or letters to help ID it and a backwards image search didn’t yield much. It was found near a canal in upstate New York. Any help?

Seeing the grapes, Greco/Roman style of art and the wine glass, I would guess it to be strongly associated with Bacchanalia!

It's a pocket watch fob. Nice one. The girl has an Edwardian or "Gibson Girl" hair style. Very early 1900's. Sweet find!

Take some warm soapy water and a soft bristle tooth bruch and get the rest of the dirt off of it. Looks to be made of coin or sterling silver and a very nice find.
Congratulations and thanks for sharing.

Not getting "Gibson Girl" vibes on this. Oh my ! ...

Your father got ripped off ... missing the best part.

Edit, to add: Are the small dents on the back of yours ? ... are they forming a "bottom" ?

Wow! There are small dents, but I’ll have to look again when I visit my dad. Where did you find that picture?

Some where I have a matchbook cover like this that was my Dads. It says "Drink like hell and be happy!" Cool, I was glad to see this!
