Found this badge at very old site here in sj. any help would b great. 1 1/2 inches tall has sword at top and that french thingy in middle and a eagle or bird on bottem . Thanks for your help. HH Mark

How old do u think it is. Its a pin back doesnt look like been broke on sides. Thanks for all help HH Mark

The design was approved November 19, 1927
the saltire is taken from the Florida State flag.
the sheathed sword represents service during the war with Spain
the cactus for service on the Mexican border
the fluer-de-li for service in France during WW1
campaigns: WW1; WW2 ; New Guinea; Southern Philippines
