I live in Yuma AZ and decided to try my whites GMT on an unusually low tide of one of our local lakes. The water was about 12 feet lower then usual and gave way to some awesome bed rock and clay rich beds. I started at the water line and as soon as I hit a hard rock out cropping I had my first of three very positive hits, low iron targets and very pleasant sounds like a piece of gold or lead. Well long story short I dug to find this rock? Which I believe to be in three pieces. Its in crumbly light red quartz. I brought it home cleaned it and still it perplexes me?¿ help
Very weighted items. Also this area is about 1.5 miles from the pot holes

Interesting rocks. Do they seem to be heavy for their size? Wish I could help, but I'm kind of hit and miss when it comes to rocks.
