Hello, I found this at a 1700s farm house does anyone have an idea what the date might be? Any information would be great thanks, Jarod

Welcome to Tnet Jarod!
This is a very nice looking cast brass horse harness buckle.
It's very decorative and it still has the nickle plating, most of the buckles I find have long lost their luster.

Date wise... late-19th to early-20thc.
Seeing as you found it on an 18thc farm site, there have to be older finds yet to be made!
