Help returning Military Ring

Today at the beach I dug an Army ring and would like to find and return to the owner.The name inside Anthony J Turner.On one side Ft Benning 3/47.It has a red stone with I believe an old english T..Found in Myrtle Beach

I think the "3/47" refers to the unit he was in. I also think that they were called "Cobras". You may be able to contact the base in Ft. Benning. Good luck on the return.
