It seems to be a Capped Bust 5 dollar gold coin 1807-1812, 51,605 minted and ranges from 1,250 usd in F12 condition to 5,500 usd in MS 60 condition. I hope this helps

True, but don't take their values seriously... I think they inflate them to get a bigger return from grading (which is done in tiers)
