I found this at an old elementary school site in Southern, MS.
It is not in my token book that I normally use to identify local tokens: "Brozenes and Doodlum: Private Money in Mississppi".
It says good luck in the middle of the token on the back.
It is a little bit larger than a modern half dollar.
Can someone please lend a helping hand?

Machines to make these were all over the place in the 40's and 50's and before. You put your money in and worked the alphabet wheel and could spell out anything within the letter limit, to stamp on your blank token. You usually did your name to use as a ID for something. anyway I would say common, and if worth anything only to the owner. Have a couple of them around here that I made as a kid. Maybe this is a love token? Appears to be two names.

Thanks for the help Tim!
My buddy found a blank one about 10 miles away in his yard, so this makes sense.
