Help with folk art

Anyone have any idea on the age of this piece or any other information? It measures about 21 X 31 inches and it is felt I believe also has three loops on the back for hanging

My guess is that it was made around the time of the Bicentennial of 1976.

Maybe older. The flag depicts the 12 original colonies. 11 if you go by the stripes.
