Help with info date 1363?

Can anyone read signature and I think the date is 1363?

If the artist is islamic, 1363 AH convertsto 1943, or it could be that the D of MDCCCLXIII (1863) is obscured. But the fashion and hairstyles make me think nineteen hundreds to nineteen teens.

The m is there just really faded don't know what the two letters are before the m though..... The print style is 1800s I'm not talking about the fashion the look under a loop is what I mean
