I think it is O Schmidt= Otto Schmidt.

I think it is O Schmidt= Otto Schmidt.Not the one that does the cartoon manga style though.The Otto Schmidt I speak of was born 1876 died 1940 worked for "Farm Journal"and "Saturday Evening Post" lived in Pennsylvania and Lindenwood, New Jersey.

Yeah it is o Schmidt I think. German painter I found another with certificate diffrent artist I will post in a bit
