Help with makers marks/dating.

I found this half of a spoon or fork the other day. I've tried to find the marks online at different websights with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. On the back there are three symbols and sterling on the front the last name wilson is inscribed. Thanks jeff

The anchor might designate Birmingham, England

Its Gorham. I cannot see the date mark very well.

I agree it is probably late 19th century by the looks of the stick figure lion. The first mark is not a date mark though. Date marks were not used on Gorham flatware. Here's a site to check out.
