Google chiara watercolor painter and you'll see another landscape. I'm unable to zoom in on the signature - but if you can you might be able to see if it is a match.

Alan Robert Chiara (1936-1994) studied at the Cooper Union School of Art, Cleveland and Cleveland Institute of Art in Ohio. Awarded a Silver medal by the American Watercolor Society in 1966, won the Adolph & Clara Obrig Prize in 1967 and the William A Paton Prize from the National Academy of design in 1970.

He was a master designer for American Greeting Cards between 1958-1970 and president of Chiara Galleries from 1969, both based in Cleveland.
