Help with sterling set

I found this pretty sterling set for $1.75 but I can't find out who made it. It is marked 925 with an eye symbol or a circle and it seems to have freshwater pearls and some gold accents. Anyone have any idea who made this set or what it is worth?

probably only worth melt value. that dent in one will cost more to fix than they are worth.
right now melt on 925 is 50¢ gram and at cost $1.75 you more than doubled your investment.

I would think someone out there would pay more than scrap especially if they like dolphins. Why not list it on eBay and see if you can sell them AS IS?

I'd list for $50 OBO and take no less than $25
