So what detail do you see?

There is none that I can see its 32mm made of copper with some pretty good weight to it

The only thing that comes to mind without a discernible image is a '20 cash' coin from China.

With all the marks on one side that seem to be from some kind of cutting tool my first impression is that it's some sort of copper cut out instead of a coin
