Help with this please.

I found this at a dump site on private property in North Texas. The opening is 1.5 inches wide. The base is 1.25 inches wide. And it is 1.5 inches tall. I know they are not the best pictures but the designs on the sides are of a variety of flowers. The only number on it is a 53 on the bottom edge. I know it's not really old but it is one of my more unique finds. I would love to know what it is. Thanks so much for the help!
