Just found this at my Grandparents farm. I have no clue what it is. Any help would be awesome! Looks like a pin maybe but got broken off. Thanks!

Crossed feathers is a U.S. Navy insignia for Yeoman, which fits with the anchor, never seen that particular version though....

Thanks for the help! Any Info or comments would be great! Only my great great uncle fought in the war and wasn't a Navy. Plus I live in Canada!
