Hendersonville NC area

Headed down from Virginia and going to be stuck with the family through the weekend. Anyone got any tips for swinging around Hendersonville or Saluda. I've got some good access to the Lake Summit area if anyone has any good ideas...

There are a lot of swimming holes & wading in the area around there, but don't know if you can detect them. Water will be chilly.
