Looks like opalized wood with some good white quartz. The quartz was created when a void inside the tree trunk was filled with water and other minerals and under heat and pressure made it possible for the quartz solidify. It appeares to be the same as the other specimen in you other post.

Borders on breccia. Unsure what the fragmented rock is, but the white-ish appears to be quartz. Fluorite can often be found in such situations, to.
