Welcome aboard!

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your ring. Someone will help with the ring

Nice job on the ring and welcome to the forum

It looks like your thumb is obscuring some lettering. If you could post a better pic or two that would help a bunch.

//and welcome to the forum. Great place with great people.

What are the letters after the 10k mark? Is that the ring before, or after cleaning?

Gold filled. The U with an arrow through it is the makers mark. They produce mainly gold filled rings.
The company is called UNCAS, if you want to look it up.

And welcome to the forum.

looks like 10K gold to me but someone will know what those letters mean with a clearer pic....congrats on the find your ahead of me already..and since i have the opportunity to post this before the other guy update your info such as location and equipment... haha

Welcome to the forums. I think they may be initials of the rings owner. But, the last time I thought, I was quickly proven wrong!:icon_scratch:

GF usually stands for gold filled which is a little heavier than gold plated. The ring appears as though some of the gold is already worn down to the base metal which may be copper.

Welcome to the addiction, and to the forum as well.

Very nice looking ring! :occasion14: It appears to be Gold filled.

10K Gold Filled is my guess.
Welcome to the forum (addiction) and congrats on the ring.
