They just keep getting bigger suits me just fine. I'll be going back this afternoon for more.

I like striper fishing for the size,suckers will do till next spring run.





I couldn't figure out what this was swimming across the river..




A dang squirrel,he's lucky no big stripers are around..



Maybe I'll hook the monster this afternoon.

Your carp is a very tasty fish. Lay it out on the ground, step on the tail and use a regular hoe to remove the scales. The hoe takes all the work out of it. Cut along the top and bottom and at the tail and behind the head through the skin. Take a pair of pliers and take the skin off. Take a filet knife and get those 1" fillets off the fish. Very good fried!

Put that sucker in some hot grease, cook thoroughly, when done, throw the fish out of the window and throw some fries in that hot grease. Slice a red onion, put some fresh crawfish in that grease, make your favorite sauce and some sweet tea. You're all set to watch Mississippi State beat Florida.
