hey i'm new here and new to metal detecting, you guys seem really nice and helpful so I was wondering if anyone had tips on what to use to dig up your find, I have been using a gardening trowel, but I feel like there are easier things to dig with.
any help will be greatly appreciated!!! thanks guys!

Thats what I use and it works fine enough for me without destroying the grass and easy to put the plug back almost as if I had never dug anything up at all.
