Hi, I'm new to metal detecting, and I am thoroughly hooked! I

I only recently got into metal detecting. I own two detectors: a Fisher F4 and an older Bounty Hunter Quick Silver. My best finds so far have been an 1897 Barber dime and a 1914 Chinese Yuan Shih Kai silver dollar that I defaced by scratching it with my digging tool (rookie mistake). I look forward to reading and sharing stories.
