I had contemplated cleaning it up but then someone in our group threw out the idea that this looked like an old stick grenade, I promptly placed it back in the hole that it came from. After taking a few pictures of course.

Might wrong but "stick" grenades should of had a wooden handle. Kinda looks like a boyscout folding shovel to me. IDK??

Easy to rule out the grenade idea. Contact your local Police or Sheriff. show them the photos.

Hi, I should have provided that info, the handle is wooden with a bulbous end to it.
