Hickok Plate "F" buckle

Anyone know how old or how much this thing is worth. I know it would be worth more if it were still plated whick led me to think I might have it silver plated but it might cost more than the thing would be worth to get it plated.

It says "Hickok plate" in two spots on the back (which can't be seen), and it says "Bronze" on the flat portion of the clasp loop.

I apologize...I can see the "Hicock plate" in the post. I couldn't on the camera.
