I live close to Mogollon. I have always wondered how the place still exists down in the bottom of a canyon, should have washed away years ago. Wonder if anyone has stole the visible gas pumps yet

Yes. I have been there a few years back but hardly remember it. Ghost towns are not always empty and deserted on the Ghost Town site. Some are but some only have a handful of people left. I would say it is like Pennsylvania except there they call them ghost groves.

I spent a night there in Silver City my last trip west. Nice area around there.
