This button was found in a 1700's home site. Button has tin back. Would like any information concerning this relic.

Well it's modern for starters but not something that means anything to me. The design is a flag and anchor right? (just so others can see it - took me a minute to figure it out)

Yea its a 1900's civilian fashion button. Is this it?

Anchor & flag w/rope border.
