Saw this object in the photo you provided. It seems to be circular in shape and at first glance appears to be a water tank, but is positioned too high and in an odd place to be that. Also, it seems to be built from small stones or sandbags. Judging from its color my best guess would be sandbags. Did you get up close to it and look it over?
