Edit: It worked. (Or at least, I can see the photo in my post -- theoretically, y'all can see it too.) The Web Browser I'm using is IE 11 (Internet Explorer).

First start a new thread, then above your text there is an icon , a square frame with a tree in it.
It will allow you to insert an image.
