Found this two blade at my original old site near my work. I'm starting to slow down and grid smaller areas where I know there's not a lot of trash and not as much iron close to where the house sat.

How fast you can swing a Detector varies by who Manufactured it and what Model it is.
A lot of the newer Detectors have much faster Processors / Recovery speed in junkie areas.
But one thing is for sure with any machine - the Slower You Walk - the more you will find.
A very slow walk gives you a better chance of hearing the ever illusive "Deep Squeaker".

Yeah I've slowed down a lot and I will work an area one way and go back a different direction. I've been getting the old buttons now that I didn't get before

Based on what I assume are brass end caps, that should have screamed at you. There are still things there if you missed that.

On a side note, that’s not that old. Soak it in a bit of kroil oil (or something similar) and you may have a functional pocket knife in a few months.
