How is 2008 treating you?

Now that the snow is finally over, how is the hunting going for all you Minnesotans? I have had my detector for about two weeks and have only gone out twice, both times in Lakeville. I had m first cool find on Mother's day, a 1902 Indian Head penny!! I was so stoked!!

Picked up a silver ring along with $5.45 in change on Sunday near the football field concession stand at Maynard.(The one with the heart shape on it) .925 on inside of band. About size 4 1/2 or 5. Other ring w/stone I got in Arizona earlier this year.

So far this year I have found 161 pennies, 17 nickels, 25 dimes, 24 quarters, 7 wheat pennies, 1 Buffalo nickel 1920, 2 merc dimes, 1 barber dime, 1943 silver quarter, 1893 barber quarter, 2 silver rings, 1 14k gold ring, and a war medal Cuban Pacifcation 1906-1909. o yea and 1 1/2 5 gal buckets full of junk. I use the garrett Ace 250 and gti 2500 what are you guys using.

Wow, you are all doing great!! Nothing really great down here, a lot of clad. My dad did find a ring today, that was pretty sweet.
