Hello all,

I know some people have found none. I know some people have found one or two. I know people who have found a few or more. I know some people who have found dozens. I have found none myself, but my question is to you !!

So... How many Silver Half Dollars or Dollars have you found !!??

Remember they have to be silver and they have to be Halves or Dollars too!! Please say if they are halves or dollars also.

Keep @ it and HH!!

None, other than a seeded hunt. But i've only been at this a year and a half. Maybe someday....

None, zero, nada, goose egg. I won two (Franklin half and Liberty half) at a seeded hunt
over the weekend, but that don't count. I'd love to though!

HH,
Ramapirate

I've only found two walkers since 1999. One from an empty lot and one from an old Boy Scout Camp up in the mountains. The one from the empty came out ugly. The one from the scout camp came out looking great. Both times I had dug trash with the same numbers and thought I was digging trash again when they came out. I'll have to find them and take some pictures.

Just the one that I use as my signature picture on the left. A 1861-O I found in my own farm field.

HH,

Scott (MI)

7 half dollars and 1 dollar. Broken down they are: 1 capped bust half (1808), 4 seated halfs (1844, 1850-O, 1853-O, 1855-O), 1 Barber half (1894-S), 1 walking liberty half (1939), and 1 Mexican 8-Reales (1841, same as a silver dollar)

2 walking liberties, both in the 40's and both in private yards.

found four walkers at the airbase and two franklins by the tracks
