How much for the grandfather clock? $30....I'll take it

Went to a private estate sale. Bought a beautiful 7' Ridgeway grandfather clock for $30. Really shocked when she said the price. They go for about $500-800 used.

I usually avoid looking at Grandfather clocks but I would have had to jump on that deal!
